As a full or part time musician, we often feel like we don't have enough time to learn all of the concepts, songs and techniques on our to-learn list.
With school, jobs, family, and other responsibilities it can be tough to find time and motivation to consistently practice and grow as a musician.
Here at Gifted Hands Music we are dedicated to giving you a clear cut pathway on WHAT and HOW to learn. We want you to not only learn and grow faster than you ever thought possible, but enjoy the time spent during the process!
Music is an instrument we use to convey thoughts, emotions and feelings like any other language.
We teach music to students in the same way a child would learn their 1st language. First you learn simple words and phrases, eventually moving into sentences and speeches. In a musical context, notes are our letters, chords are our words and technique & theory is like grammer.
It may be difficult at first, but the more "words" and "phrases" that you learn, the more beautiful your musical speech becomes.
It's not always about playing the most complex chords and phrases though. Sometimes the most beautiful things can be said with a few simple words or phrases. It's just about putting all the pieces together in the right way.
Are you ready to learn the language?
